Daniel Hargraves is a lawyer
specializing in reinsurance arbitration and
litigation. Mr. Hargraves represents numerous U.S.
and international insurance and reinsurance
companies in resolving their disputes in the United
States and abroad.
Mr. Hargraves received his
Bachelor of Laws degree from the Queensland
Institute of Technology (Australia) in 1984. He
practiced in Australia until 1988, before moving to
London, England where he subsequently joined the law
firm of Clifford Chance. He re-qualified as an
English solicitor handling arbitrations on general
commercial and reinsurance matters. In 1991, he
commenced practice in New York; requalifying and
being admitted to New York in 1992. He co-founded
Hargraves McConnell & Costigan, P.C. in 1998 where
he continues to specialize in reinsurance litigation
and arbitration.
Mr. Hargraves is a member
of the International Bar Association, the American
Bar Association, the Law Society (U.K.) the
Queensland Law Society (Australia) and ARIAS (US).

University, Jagdish Chadha proceeded to USA and
obtained degree of Master of Business Administration
in Marketing from University of California,
Berkeley, Calif, U.S.A. in June 1961.
On his
return to India, he worked with leading Public
Limited Multinational companies and was responsible
for Marketing and Sales of Companies’ products in
India and abroad (U.S.A. & Europe) – Direct Sales
and also in personal capacity as a Consultant.
He is responsible of setting up a very successful
Travel Solutions Company in Mumbai, India which has
been catering to travel requirements of reputable
corporate clients that include National and
Multinational Banks, Financial Institutions, IT
Companies and has excellent personal and
professional rapport with Senior Executives and is
respected in Social and Business circles as a highly
