Shreyas looks after the operational affairs at Epitome. A qualified chartered accountant and with a Certificate in Senior Management from IIM Calcutta, Shreyas has over 13 years of experience in operations and finance. Shreyas amalgamates best practices from his experience in diverse Industries including manufacturing, FMGC, media and outsourcing.

At Epitome Shreyas has been instrumental in facilitating systems and process for review and controls and change management.

Merideth spearheads Business Development at Epitome. She brings with her 25 years of rich experience in brand building and positioning, trend forecasting, new business development and growth strategy formulation.

As a marketing director at Cabouchon, she successfully recruited, trained and motivated a sales team of 400 persons spread over four European countries. She also served as a motivational speaker and spokesperson for the company.

Merideth has co-founded and managed a brand management firm, Hacker Dolan & Partners, in New York, which offers services from brand extension and repositioning to strategic partnerships and exit strategies. As a brand management consultant, she has helped clients to successfully reposition products and services, determine feasibility and profitability and has helped, as in the case of one fashion designer, translate into additional revenue of as much as $300 million.

Merideth has a BA in Economics from Davidson College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
 

Rahul heads the Fund Services function at Epitome. An MBA graduate, he has 11 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain in various roles in Operations, Project Management, Strategic Consulting, Pre Sales, Business Analysis and Business Development. He has international exposure of working with Custodians, Transfer Agents and Fund Administrators in USA, Europe and APAC.

Prior to joining Epitome, worked with Syntel Limited in their Capital Markets & KPO division and was involved in setting up the middle office and back office operations for a global custodian in India. He had also been associated with HSBC for the GTAP (Global Transfer Agency Platform) implementation and with Citigroup for their Trade Finance migrations for CEEMA region to India.

Jitin brings 10 years of experience in financial services, and manages the middle and back office client processes at Epitome for US Fund Managers. He is responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality and timeliness of the deliverables on a day-to-day basis.  

Previously, he worked with HCL Technologies for the OTC Derivatives operations of a global investment bank and managed ISDA documentation teams for interest rate and credit default swaps. During this tenure, he was instrumental in Quality Improvement, Process Standardization and Training. Jitin also has deep exposure to auditing, compliance and consulting domains of commercial banking, through his earlier employments.

Anandh heads the Research & Analytics Function at Epitome. He has an experience of over 4 years in capital markets and financial services industry. Before Epitome, Anandh was associated with companies in the Financial services industry including ICRA Ltd (an affiliate of Moody’s Investors Service) and ValueNotes (business intelligence research KPO) and Asian Markets Securities.

In his previous roles, Anandh has participated in the fund raising effort to the tune of $400mn from Foreign Institutional investors and IPO process of the leading credit rating agency in India and has implemented process driven equity research, valuation and financial modeling. He is proficient in SEBI, Corporate & other Capital Market laws, rules and regulations.
