We are pleased to announce that as of July 8, 2007, Mr. Raju Panjwani joins the Board of Directors of Asian Markets Securities Pvt. Ltd. (“AMSL”). Mr. Panjwani is the Founder and CEO of Epitome Global Services Pvt. Ltd., a company headquartered in India with offices in New York. He was the Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, New York, and was instrumental in setting Morgan Stanley’s India businesses, including institutional equity broking in 1995. He was also instrumental in setting up Morgan Stanley’s joint venture with JM Financial. He later led the set up of Morgan Stanley’s “global knowledge center” in India, which supports, among others, the Firm’s research and analytics activities across the institutional securities businesses.

He brings with him deep and varied experience in the financial industry. We look forward to him along with our existing Director on Board, Mr. Dhirendra Kumar (Director -Value Research) to be an integral part of AMSL's ongoing commitment to value creation for its clients as well as for its employees through differentiated leadership in its research-oriented approach to the broking business.
